This page is dedicated to the common PhD seminar held at the MPI CPfS in Dresden within the Sigma 5 network. The seminar is an opportunity for PhD students to get to know each other, get introduced to the methods utilized in the other institutes and get information about scientific progress in general.
The seminar is supposed to take place several times per year on thursdays from 15:30 to 16:30 at the MPI CPfS in seminar room 1. It usually consists of three to five talks held by the students themselves. Occasionally scientists from outside give talks informing about recent developments in research. Everyone is invited to support us with contributions. Just contact us!
