The laboratory is primarily specialized in the characterization of air and moisture sensitive compounds by Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA). Information about the thermal stability and phase equilibria are accessible in the temperature range from 90 K to 2273 K. The combination of DTA with thermogravimetry (TG) and/or mass spectrometry (MS) under inert condition is also possible.
